PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions on playdash

These answers address real uncertainties about specific games and account paths on playdash. Where a rule varies by version or format, we flag it so you know what to check before you play.

Does First Person Dragon Tiger follow the same rules as a live dealer table?

The core rules are identical — one card to Dragon, one to Tiger, highest card wins. The difference is format: First Person is RNG-driven and self-paced. There is no live dealer on screen and no round timer. One thing to check: the Tie bet push rule varies by version. Some return half your stake on a Tie, others return the full amount. Confirm which applies before placing Tie bets.

Does the multiplier in XXXtreme Lightning Roulette apply to all bet types?

No — multipliers apply only to straight-up single-number bets. Outside bets such as red/black, odd/even and dozens pay standard even-money rates and are completely unaffected by the multiplier draw. The XXXtreme variant adds Chain Lightning, which can stack a second multiplier on top of an already-struck number. That compounded effect only benefits a straight-up bet on that specific number.

In Short Deck Holdem, does a Flush still beat a Full House?

In most Short Deck variants, yes — a Flush ranks above a Full House because removing the 2s through 5s makes Full Houses easier to complete than Flushes. However, this is not universal. Some operator versions retain the standard hand-ranking order. Always confirm the hand-ranking table shown in-game before your session, as the correct strategy differs significantly between the two versions.

Do Big and Small bets in Sic Bo always win or lose based on the total?

Mostly, but the Triples exception overrides the total. Small covers dice totals of 4 to 10; Big covers 11 to 17. Both pay even money under standard rules. The exception: if all three dice land on the same number — any triple at all — both Big and Small lose, regardless of the sum. A total of 9 from three 3s still loses a Small bet. Factor this in when sizing your wagers.

Where do I find the access conditions that apply to my account?

Applicable eligibility and access conditions are published in our Terms and Conditions, linked in the site footer. For responsible play information, including self-exclusion and deposit limits, visit our /responsible-play/ page. If something is unclear, contact us at [email protected] and we will clarify the specific condition for your situation.

Do I need to download anything to play on playdash from my phone?

No download is required. playdash runs in your mobile browser — open playdash in Chrome or Safari on your Android or iOS device and you reach the lobby directly. Live casino tables, including Sic Bo Big Small and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, stream from the browser without an app install. If you already have an account, your login carries over from desktop without any additional setup.
